I have 21,000 miles on a 2020 Equinox I bought new in November 2019. I took my car in for its scheduled oil change, etc. When the service was completed I was told I needed to buy 4 new tires because the Michelin tires that came with the car were defective. I had to pay $500 for tires and alignment. I had followed all required maintenance and did nothing wrong but I had to pay for Michelin’s (and Chevrolet’s) mistake. This is a terrible, illogical decision for Chevrolet and Michelin to make and I deserve a complete refund for this (dis) service. I will never buy Chevrolet or Michelin again unless this problem is resolved to my satisfaction. I expect a formal, affirmative response from Chevrolet and/or Michelin management as soon as possible.

Customer service was great as usual. Had to have little extra done for my service, and they always come out and explain and get your authorization before proceeding.
